Art Prints
We have tried and tested multiple printing companies to not only provide the highest quality prints, but also the care in which the product is packaged. We have personally verified that the packaging will withstand the travel to its destination. However, in the event that a print does arrive damaged, please make sure to document it. Take video or photo upon the opening of the box, take well lit, close photos of the damaged areas of the print and please send them with your order number to the support email listed above. We will do our best to asses the damage and contact the printing company, and will then decide whether you would like a reprint or refund.
Hanging your artwork -
Acrylic prints come with a strong wooden back frame, and a hanging wire that is adequate for the size and weight of your print. They come out of the box ready to hang, please hang appropriately with adequate tools and enjoy your new wall art!
Paper prints -
Paper prints are very high quality with an absorptive nature of the coating. We know you are eager to check out your print which will arrive rolled in a protective tube, but please do so with care. If possible, use gloves to avoid so much contact with the printed area of the paper. You can take your new print and easily frame in a frame that adequately fits your print with its white border. Or, take it to your nearest framing store and choose any size frame you would like to feature your artwork in and get a white mat to accent your print and frame.
